Tina Campbell (born May 2,1974) is one half of the 3 time Grammy Award winning Gospel duo, Mary Mary, of course. She was born in Inglewood, California, along with her 8 other siblings. ​She grew up singing in the church choir along with her sister Erica, which started her passion for singing. When she got older she attended El Camino College to study music and voice. Tina also toured and sung backup for a number of R&B artists . After meeting music producer Warryn Campbell, she and Erica signed a song publishing deal with EMI music and started writing songs for movie soundtracks. It wasn't until 2000 when Mary Mary was signed to Sony as a Gospel duo. Their first record, "Shackles" was a huge hit and ever since then they've been unstoppable. Tina met Teddy Campbell ( a drum player on the Tonight Show) at her first paying gig. They got married in 2000 as well. They have 5 children ; Cierra Campbell, Laiah Simone Campbell, Meelah Jane Campbell, Glendon Theodore II, also know as TJ, and Santana Campbell. Tina finds her greatest worth and value in her family home life. Tina Loves to watch Law And Order but her favorite show is Martin. Tina is a Perfectionist and wants to go back to school to complete her degree in music.
